The Chait Trapdoor ™ insertion is usually free of complications, but
the following complications are possible and should be discussed
with your physician:

• discomfort around the tube site
• minor skin irritations
• hypergranulation tissue (a build-up of red, raised tissue
  where the tube enters the body)
• damage, blockage or dislodgment of the C-tube
